When making a reservation at any property managed by Nexura Global Hospitality, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid credit card or payment method.
• Cancellations & Modifications: Bookings are subject to the specific cancellation and modification policies of the property at the time of booking. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee.
• Age Requirement: You must be of legal age in your respective jurisdiction to make a reservation.

3. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

To maintain our international hospitality standards, all guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or damage to property will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate your stay, and hold you liable for any damages caused to our properties or disruption to other guests.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Nexura Global Hospitality.
